Are these keyless access locks secure? I've heard that some can be opened by moving them around or putting force on them.
According to American Biotech Supply, that should not be a problem with these locks and they have not experienced any such problem with them. They are made well and the operation is very basic. The locking unit mounts over the existing lock. The lever attaches to and turns the existing cylinder to lock and unlock the door.
